We are able to work together with more than a 2000 highly-qualified experts from around the world. All are highly trained and have extensive executive experience; they have worked as a general director or as a member of the committee of directors. They know what is is to be end responsible for the results, work with the bottom-line mental attitude, and are not afraid to execute the actions themselves, which is extremely important in an SME environment.

Kurt Vandewalle, CEO

Kurt Vandewalle has several years of experience as member of a committee of directors, as executive director, as managing director and as member of the Board of Directors in companies up to 850 employees He is personal advisor of several SME-owners.

He has a master in Biomedical Science and several post-master degrees among which an Executive International MBA at Vlerick School for Management, one of the most prestigious Business Schools of Europe. He participated also at several international colleges such as INSEAD (Fontainebleau France). He has taught at postmaster programmes at K.U.Leuven and HUBrussels, and at other management training institutes.


 

Vincent Vergalle, Project Engineer

Vincent Vergalle holds an industrial engineer degree in automation and software management. He has an extensive experience as a project manager in different countries in automation projects, and in result improvement programmes in production departments. He is now applying this expertise as a project manager and member of the management team of 4BetterResults.com.

    which in any way could be detrimental to their former client;
  8. Shall not receive any undisclosed material benefits other than
    normal emoluments from any recommendation made in the course
    of duty.
